Service Description

Includes shampoo, deep conditioning + steam treatment, blowout, braid down, same-day knot bleaching, plucking & customized installation. HD lace is preferred. No T-part or synthetic wigs. Reused wigs must arrive clean and in like-new condition. Hair is not included, please order separately. If you would like your wig custom-colored by me, it must be purchased from rosboutique.com and ordered at least 2 weeks before your appointment. Wigs purchased elsewhere must arrive already custom-colored to your desired shade. I am located in North Bay Village, Fl. Exact address will be provided via text and email 1 day before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits may be transferred one (1) time to a future appointment if notice is provided prior to your scheduled appointment time. • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me via text or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Appointments will be canceled after 30 minutes of no arrival or communication. Deposits will be forfeited. • For the comfort, safety, and privacy of all guests, only the scheduled client is permitted at the appointment. No additional guests, children, or visitors are allowed. • Services are provided in a private location. To respect the privacy and security of the property and its residents, photography, video recording, or filming of the building, common areas, exterior, or property grounds is strictly prohibited. • Photos and videos of your hair service are welcome once seated for your appointment. Content may be recorded within the designated service area only. Thank you for respecting these policies and helping create a professional, private, and relaxing experience for all clients.
